Local high school student aids “Angel’s Attic” with senior project

Miguel Rosa, a student at Old Forge High School, used his senior project to help benefit United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania. All participants in the NEIU-19 Victory Village Sports Challenge, recently held at the Riverfront Sports Complex, had to bring a non-perishable food item as an entrance fee. In total, over 80 special needs youth from the community took part in the event and all food collected was brought to Angel’s Attic, UNC’s emergency food and clothing bank.
