Youth Workforce Readiness Program currently enrolling new members

United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s Workforce Readiness program is looking to enroll new participants who are interested in receiving help with resume creation, job searching and application requirements, interview skills and career exploration. The purpose of the Workforce Readiness program is to educate participants on coping with common workplace issues and challenges that may face youth entering the job market.

This program is for out-of-school youth, ages 21 and under, who are currently looking for employment and live in Lackawanna County. Participants will meet with a job coach once per week. This program is free to all members and transportation is provided. For more information, or to register for the Workforce Readiness program, please contact Dana Fortunato at 570-961-1592 ext. 105.
