Citizens Savings Bank Helps South Scranton Neighbors Make Home Improvements

United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s Elm Street Revitalization Project and Citizens Savings Bank in South Scranton have joined together to help aid local residents make exterior home improvements through the Design Challenge Grant Program, which awards funding for residential and commercial façade enhancements. Citizens Savings Bank has provided eight homeowners with required match funding assistance since the program’s inception in 2010.
