Citizens Savings Bank Helps Elm Street Façade Program

United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s (UNC) Elm Street Revitalization Project recently accepted a $5,000 donation from Citizens Savings Bank in South Scranton to help aid local residents make exterior home improvements through the agency’s Design Challenge Grant Program, which awards funding for residential and commercial façade enhancements. Citizens Savings Bank has been helping to provide matching funds to its neighbors since the program’s inception in 2010. Pictured from left to right are: Thomas M.
