Homebuyer's Club
This multi-session educational club, sponsored by PNC Bank, provides information and education on about becoming a first time homebuyer. The workshop is for both those who are getting ready to purchase a home and those who are just considering the process. You will learn the ins and outs of the preparation for home ownership.
The club is a free course where you will gather information on how to purchase a home. UNC staff and guest speakers present seminars that cover topics, including income, budgeting, understanding and improving credit, savings, shopping for a mortgage, shopping for a home, etc.
The club is run several times throughout the year, in both English and Spanish.
