PEER HEALTH EDUCATOR- Our Community Health Department is searching for individual who is bi-lingual in Spanish/English with good communication skills, positivity and the ability to encourage others while being a positive role model in the way they feel about managing their own chronic illness.  Upon the completion of paid training, Peer Health Educators lead workshops in the community and assist people in feeling more in control of their health and help build self-confidence in managing their lives with a chronic illness.  This is a part-time, flexible position but workshops typically occur between 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.  Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.  Please submit a cover letter and resume by CLICKING HERE
