Vice President of Programs and Services:  United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA (UNC) is searching for a Vice President of Programs and Services to lead and manage a comprehensive array of programs and services. The VP will review on an ongoing basis services currently being offered and develop new programs as needs emerge.
Programs include:
• Community Services: – to help families in crisis,
• Child Care: – 3 child care facilities for working families,
• Community Revitalization and Education: – neighborhood revitalization and free ESL/Citizen classes,
• Older Adults: – four active adult centers for individuals 55+,
• Community Health: – health care coordination and outreach,
• Youth: – programs to help youth learn and grow,
• Camp Kelly/Project Hope – summer camp for area children

Continuum of Care Director :  United Neighborhood Centers of NE PA is looking for a full-time Program Director of our Continuum of Care program. Duties include: Managing the annual grant application process as the Collaborative Applicant for both the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funds Availability Grant and the HUD Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) serving as the Fiscal Agent for the latter grant, Registering the Continuum of Care in the HUD eSNAPS program, tracking the grant inventory worksheet and writing the collaborative applications for all additional local, state and federal grants funding for Continuum of Care Programs. Overseeing the project grant application rating and ranking process, and ensuring submission of complete and timely grant applications, Responsibility for all aspects of the Continuum of Care’s participation in the statewide Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), including database management, providing agency level HMIS support, CoC wide data analysis for annual needs assessment and other performance assessments.  Bachelors’ degree in a Human Services field or Public Administration preferred. Assistant Group Supervisor (Child Care) – Individual needed for spit shift (6:30am-8:30am) and (1:30pm to 5:30pm) Monday through Friday.  Great Benefit Package..
