Senator Casey hosts a panel and visits seniors

On Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2023, Lisa Durkin, UNC’s President & CEO participated in a panel discussion with U.S. Senator Bob Casey on the pressing issue of inflation in Pennsylvania, hosted at the University of Scranton. Other participants included Satyajit Ghosh, Ph.D., a University of Scranton economist, and business owner, Kelly Ann Walsh.

Later in the day, Senator Casey made a trip to UNC’s Fallbrook Senior Community Center in Carbondale to take part in the holiday cheer with our senior participants. A great time was had by all at Fallbrook.
