UNC Celebrates International Dinner

UNC’s International Dinner & Celebration, held April 30 at St. Mary’s Center, was an inspiring evening. The event recognized the contributions of volunteers and celebrated student achievements while featuring traditional dishes shared by students, volunteers, and their families.

A highlight of the evening was honoring 19 students who recently became U.S. citizens and presenting the inaugural UNC Volunteer of the Year Award to Pat Moran, a longtime SCOLA volunteer. Commissioner Bill Gaughan offered remarks in recognition of the newly naturalized citizens.

UNC offers Citizenship Preparation Classes and immigration services, including assistance with the N-400 application for naturalization. For more information, contact Audrey Golosky at agolosky@uncnepa.org.
