Robert Y. Moffat Family Charitable Trust Funds Community Health Program at UNC

The Robert Y. Moffat Family Charitable Trust recently awarded a $22,723 grant to United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s (UNC) to support the agency’s Community Health Program.  The goal of the program is to serve as a bridge between healthcare services and low income, at-risk individuals in order to help address the social determinants of health such as housing, nutrition, and education.
