UNC Offers New Lifelong Wellness Program

Beginning July 6, United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania is offering a new Lifelong Wellness Program. The program provides a variety of social, educational, and recreational activities each week to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. Sessions include topics such as mindfulness, art, researching your family history, activities with your pet, and more!

As an added benefit of participating in UNC’s Lifelong Wellness Program, participants have direct access to UNC’s in-house Health Navigator who can assist participants and their family members with affordable prescriptions, access to health providers and screenings, help in understanding their health, and other support needed to live a life of wellness and independence.

While social distancing is in place, the programs will be offered via the online platform Zoom.
