UNC Child Care Centers to Support Online Learning

To help working parents with the demands of online school this fall, UNC is offering support for virtual learning in our three Child Care Centers. Children from all school districts are welcome, and staff have been working with the Scranton School District to align with their educational requirements. UNC’s Child Care Centers are offering dedicated time, space, and staff assistance for students to complete online schoolwork while they are in our care. Children will need to bring their own laptop or Chrome book and earphones.

Part-time child care slots are also available for students whose schools are going with a hybrid model. Increased safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 will remain our top priority.
