UNC: The Art of Living Youth Series

The Art of Living is a free, six-week program designed to inspire creativity, mindfulness, and community connection for youth ages 10–13. Each session offers a unique hands-on experience that encourages imagination, self-expression, and personal growth in a supportive group setting.

The program runs Mondays from September 15 through October 27, 2025, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Youth will explore themes such as Shapes in Motion, Soundscapes: A Meditative Sound Journey, Exploring Color Psychology, Awaken Your Senses, Untangle: Teamwork + Creative Problem-Solving, and Heart-to-Art: Sharing Creativity with Community.

Classes are led by Kailin Bouse of Kailin of Earth Wellness Studio, an E-RYT 500 Hour Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Certified Sound Therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher. Kailin brings a wealth of expertise and a warm, engaging approach to help young people connect more deeply with themselves and others.
