UNC Receives $50,000 from PA Health & Wellness

United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNC) is grateful to share that we have received a $50,000 donation from PA Health & Wellness in support of our Angel’s Attic Food & Clothing Pantry.

PA Health & Wellness is a local health insurance provider committed to improving the health of Pennsylvanians, one person at a time. As Robert Cooper, Director of Sales and Marketing at PA Health & Wellness, shared, “At PA Health & Wellness, we believe that access to nutritious food is a critical component of overall health. We are proud to support UNC’s efforts to provide essential resources to families in need and strengthen the well-being of our community.”

This generous gift will help ensure that families across Lackawanna County continue to have access to nutritious food at a time when need remains high. Angel’s Attic currently serves more than 400 families each week, providing food and clothing assistance with dignity and compassion.

UNC is thankful to PA Health & Wellness for being a longtime supporter and for investing in the health and well-being of our community.
